Rudy, Responds To MoveOn Ad Where People Will See It

My only quibble with Rudy's ad (large version seen here) which is hard-hitting, makes the most out of an opportunity and hits all the right notes, is that by running it in the New York Times, isn't the Rudy campaign putting money in the pockets of the New York Times? And did they end up paying the same rate as MoveOn.org?

Fred Thompson, below, for comparison, is pretty p.o.ed at the Old Gray Lady as well as MoveOn and Democrats.

The AP, by the way, says that MoveOn did not get a special rate: "they received the rate of $64,575 that the newspaper charges for a special advocacy, full-page, black and white, standby ad."
