George H.W. Bush Isn't Endorsing McCain. Well, Not Really.
Appearing in a video backing John McCain's "No Surrender" rally isn't really the same as coming out and endorsing McCain... but it kinda feels like an endorsement of McCain by former President George H.W. Bush.
Let's put it this way: If George H. W. Bush strongly preferred one of the other candidates, don't you think he would have avoided doing this?
