Further Departures from Team McCain
If Marc Ambinder is right, and Brian Jones, McCain's communications director, Danny Diaz, his deputy, and Matt David, a spokesman have left the campaign, then the Arizona Senator is down to... Rick Davis, Carla Eudy, Mike Dennehy, an unpaid Mark Salter, and Patrick Hynes?
It sounds like much of the New Hampshire team is stepping up to take over the campaign overall. As New Hampshire was the site of McCain's greatest victory in 2000, maybe the Granite State crew picked up some luck.
UPDATE: Confirmed from the McCain camp, with word that Jill Hazelbaker will take over as national communications director. She was running the New Hampshire operations.
