He's Had to Tighten His Belt to a Mere 20some Million
Gov. Jon Corzine is vastly outspending both his opponents combined, but he's spending less than he did in his 2005 governor's race and his 2000 Senate race. His management of the state's economy has been so bad, not even he can afford to spend as much as he did four years ago.
Of course, now he knows how almost every other New Jerseyan feels.
