The Unemployment Rate Messes With Joe Biden
The entirety of Joe Biden's remarks on the stimulus and unemployment indicate that he's not satsified with merely slowing the rate of increase in unemployment, but he honest-to-God summed up his response to the unemployment rate hitting 9.4 percent with, "To sum it up: Encouraging signs, but a long, long way to go."
Yes, 90.6 percent to go, it would seem.
