McKay to Be Steele's Chief of Staff at RNC
I am told that the new chief of staff at the RNC is Ken McKay, former chief of staff for Rhode Island governor Don Carcieri. He managed Carcieri's gubernatorial races as well.
A former RNC staffer who's been sharing his worries about Steele is a little underwhelmed, wondering if a guy from Rhode Island is going to have a learning curve, heading to the national level . . .
