MITT ROMNEY
This Is Mitt Romney's Howard Dean Moment? Come on.
A reader notes this brief web video on the site of Fox News, that appears to be of what MSNBC had called "Mitt Romney's (Almost) Dean Scream Speech." (The video does not include Romney reciting some states he expects to win.)
It seems to be... more or less what we've seen from Romney before. The closest Romney gets to a Howard Dean moment is use of the word "Bloomin'."
Judging by the camera work, Romney made these remarks during an earthquake.
