What Is 'In Between' Two Countries That Share a Border?
Biden, last night: "The fact of the matter is, al Qaeda and the Taliban, the people who actually attacked us on 9/11, they've regrouped in the mountains between Afghanistan and Pakistan and they are plotting new attacks."
Between Afghanistan and Pakistan? Aren't they right next to each other? Isn't the whole challenge of this issue that they're hiding in Pakistan, where our troops are not authorized to pursue?
