Really, This Is a Primary We Can Put on the Back, Back Burner
Many Campaign Spot readers in South Carolina, including Campaign Spot Dad, periodically talk up various up-and-coming Republicans as potential primary challengers to Sen. Lindsey Graham. I'm not denying that Graham's periodic deviations from conservative positions, while representing a deep red state, aren't bothersome. But the primary isn't until June 2014 (presuming it's kept in its traditional month). Talk of slumping polls may excite folks, but there's going to be a lot of fights between now and then.
