... and Mitt Romney?
Heh.
(I also note that Will's title in the ad is "conservative columnist," while Steve Forbes' title is 'American Tax Fighter.' Norquist is 'America's Leading Tax Fighter.')
Boy, I'll bet all four of Romney's major rivals were looking at Michigan and hoping that the former Massachusetts governor would be knocked out.
UPDATE: Team Romney quickly points out that that's only half Mitt's statement, that he also lamented the deficits Giuliani left behind.
Although if I were Romney, I wouldn't make a habit out of citing Mike Bloomberg.
