Lynn Sweet reports Roland Burris is going to tell Dick Durbin he will not resign, but he will not run for the seat in 2010.
So "not seeking reelection" is a sufficient way to deal with a man who lied about his dealings with Blagojevich under oath?
And will the president accept that deal?
