You Just Have to Ignore Everything She's Said Before Monday
Over on the home page, my review of day three of the Sotomayor hearings, "Credibility Gap." There's no reason a Republican senator can't vote to confirm Sonia Sotomayor, as long as they're willing to sign off on nine or ten supremely implausible explanations she has provided in her testimony.
